To kick off International Brain Tumor Awareness Week, join Catherine and Meghan Urban on October 24th, 2026 at 10:30 am for a morning of movement, community, and togetherness at Glisten the Studio located in Saratoga Springs, NY. In partnership with Gray for Glioblastoma Society, they’re hosting an event to honor their dad, Bob Urban, who recently lost his battle with Glioblastoma. Bob’s daughter, Meghan, will lead a blend of dance-inspired cardio and beat-based sculpt followed by a selection of refreshments, conversation, and space to connect and share. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in meaningful acts of remembrance following class. More details to come.
